The Finance Department provides accounting control over assets, revenues, receivables and maintains budgetary control over all Town funds. This department is responsible for the proper receipt, custody and disbursement of all Town funds as well as the safety, liquidity and maximization of the yields of the Town's financial resources.

A: To qualify for a rebate, you must be at least 65 years old or have a permanent disability and own your principal residence within the Danville town limits. To receive your rebate make a copy of your current property tax bill which shows the assessment and a copy of a document showing proof of age. Your driver's license or passport are examples of appropriate documents. Mail the copies to: Town of Danville Senior Exemption 510 La Gonda Way Danville, CA 94526 Your rebate will be mailed to you within three to four weeks. The program runs from October 15 to December 31. Requests postmarked after December 31 will not be honored. Seniors may receive a rebate for their principal residence only.
