The Information Systems (IT) Department is the Town of Danville's central technology provider with two primary responsibilities.
First, to provide the central information technology services required by Town departments and offices, including data center operations, network services, business application development and maintenance, end user support for personal computers (PCs), strategic technology investigation, project oversight, and contract administration for the Town's telecommunications.
Second, to provide the vision, leadership, and skills that will enable the Town of Danville to benefit from technological innovation and improve service to the community.
Our primary goal is to enable access to Town information and services conveniently, securely and efficiently.
