    10-12 week term
     

    The Position:

    The Town of Danville is recruiting for its year-round internship program. The program provides participants with challenging work experiences while promoting an understanding of local government. It is an opportunity to gain experience in work related fields. Intern positions are not compensated. Interns are assigned to specific departments and will acquire an overview of Town-wide services.

    Internships comprise a 10 or 12 week term. Participants must agree to complete their internship term.

    Your application and supplemental questionnaire will be forwarded to the specific department you have requested. Following the departmental screening, you will be informed of the status of your application. Questions concerning the internship program should be addressed to the Town of Danville's Human Resources Department at 314-3356.


    Note:  Interns hired by the Town of Danville must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be required to produce documents verifying such information. Possession of a valid California Driver’s License may be required for certain positions.
