The Town of Danville provides opportunities for residents to contribute to their community by volunteering for various events and programs. Volunteers will have the opportunity to discover new interests, meet new people, and develop new skills.
Many different opportunities are posted throughout the year. The Town has opportunities for individuals or groups looking for a community project. Assignments are available on both a long- and a short-term basis. VolunTEENS is a program for students entering 9th grade up to 12th grade and are interested in working for the betterment of their community.
Volunteer work doesn't have to be boring. VolunTEENS can help out at Movie Nights, be a part of the Live Music shows or even entertain the younger residents at the annual childrens events like Eggstravaganza!
