Introduction to Improvisation

Learn the essentials of improvisation and enrich your everyday life! This course will teach you the rules and guidelines that will enable you to improvise. These are the same ideas improvisers all over use, including Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Second City, The Groundlings, Theatersports, SNL and Comedysportz. Using discussion, exercises, and games, you will learn the basics of what to do when it comes to improv. Stop feeling out of place. Stop being nervous about what to do next. Have fun while tearing down the walls you’ve set up in life! Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and shoes that will allow you to do all the things you used to do on the playground.

Exploring Theatre Through Dance
Age: 8-14 years

In this class children will learn dances to songs from popular broadway musicals. Classes will culminate into a performance for friends and family.

KAOS - Kids Acting On Stage Drama Camp 
Age: 7Y - 14Y 

Instructor:Jeff Seaberg  
In this two-week drama camp program, campers audition, are cast, rehearsed and then perform a play. They also shoot a "mini-movie."  Instructors are experienced actors and summer camp workers, assuring a rich, rewarding and FUN experience. Campers learn the process of staging a show as well as a few "on-camera" skills. The camp includes a single performance where the play and "mini-movie" are showcased. Bring a snack, lunch and water bottle every day.

This vocal performance program is designed to help young people develop their musical talents in a fun, professional environment. This includes one on one training using real microphones on a real stage. You will also have the opportunity to perform in a musical production at the end of the session. Please bring a blank CD to the first class.
