• Administrative Services

  • The Administrative Services Department encompasses various administrative and financial functions that support internal and external Town operations.  The Department includes the following functions and services:

     

    Finance:  (Budget InformationBusiness Licenses, etc.)

    Information Systems: Provide access to and support of technology resources, for both information and communication.  This Division is also responsible for ensuring the constant operation of the Town’s computer network and security systems.

    Human Resources:  Oversees employee recruitment, benefits administration, training, safety, wellness, personnel review and salary adjustments.

    Economic Development:  Promotes a positive business climate and a stable economic base for the provision of goods, services, and facilities desired by the community.
