The Town of Danville is proud to offer a variety of volunteer opportunities for teens in the community. The Town is taking registration for the following programs and events. Registration is limited. Please use the barcode information provided to register online or by phone at 314-3400.
Leaders-In-Training (LITs) learn game leading techniques, discipline strategies, and how to gain and keep the attention of children, as well as job skills for future employment. Accepted participants will get to work with our great staff; learning leadership, responsibility, reliability, and much more. To interview for a position please register for one of the interview timeslots. For more information please contact the Community Center at 314-3400. Participants accepted as LITs must attend mandatory pre-summer training. Training dates will be determined and announced at interview times.
