  • East Bay SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives)

     East Bay SCORE has over 40 counselors providing free counseling in accounting, business planning & structure, commercial leases, eCommerce, export/import, finance, manufacturing, marketing, operations, retail, strategic planning and more. Counseling is available at several different sites including the Danville Chamber of Commerce. Easy Bay SCORE also frequently offers low cost workshops to help you successfully operate your business.


  • Contra Costa Small Business Development Center

     The Contra Costa Small Business Development Center is a business management consulting and training organization that helps businesses with up to 20 employees.  It provides professional consultants that assist small businesses with a variety of management issues for free.  Many different specialists are available including specialists in business analysis and management, business planning, market research, marketing, finance, selling to the government, and human resources technology.  The SBDC also offers training for business management including an intensive 12-week entrepreneurial training class for a fee. 

  • Discover Danville Association

     “Discover Danville Association is a collective group of downtown businesses which seek to improve the economic vibrancy, town centricity and tourism while maintaining the village atmosphere. We are accomplishing this by working with local government and like focused organizations to drive progressive change in the development of the downtown.”

    To keep local residents invested in supporting Danville we must increase awareness of Danville's shopping value, pedestrian safety, recreational viability and appealing charm with East Bay consumers.  "Discover Danville" is a non-profit organization and hosts a variety of activities each year and campaigns under the shop, dine and play theme.  Membership in this dynamic association is $95.00 per year and entitles each business to have a voice in shaping the future of Danville.     East Bay Economic Development Alliance

    East Bay EDA’s mission is to establish the East Bay region as a world-recognized location to grow business, attract capital and create quality jobs. East Bay EDA accomplishes this mission by: researching labor market information, supporting education and workforce initiatives, bridging industry and regulatory agencies, and leading a common goal to foster cross-sector partnerships.      The Chamber's mission is to enhance the growth and development of business and the quality of life in our community, by helping to keep our membership informed, connected and prosperous.
